ADVERTISING, TRACKING, AND ANALYTICS The KNOWNO Digital Card Game does not contain third-party advertising. The application does not use behavioral tracking or personalized advertising. The application does not use third-party analytics services to collect or transmit player activity. 4. GOOGLE PLAY PURCHASE PROCESSING The KNOWNO Digital Card Game may be purchased or downloaded through Google Play. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY The KNOWNO Digital Card Game is an educational drug-prevention game that may be used by children and families. KNOWNO LLC does not knowingly collect or receive personal information from children through the application. Local player profiles and gameplay records remain on the device and are not transmitted to KNOWNO LLC. Children should not enter their full legal name, email address, telephone number, home address, school name, or other identifying information into a local profile name. Parents and guardians should supervise children’s use of external websites. The VISIT KNOWNO ECOSYSTEM feature uses a parent gate before allowing access to an external website. 7. DATA RETENTION AND DELETION Local player-profile and gameplay information remains on the device until it is deleted through an available in-app function, the application’s storage is cleared in the device settings, or the application is uninstalled. Because local player-profile and gameplay information is not transmitted to or stored by KNOWNO LLC, KNOWNO LLC cannot remotely retrieve or delete information stored only on a player’s device. Uninstalling the application or clearing its application data may permanently remove local profiles, scores, statistics, history, rankings, preferences, and other saved progress. 8. SECURITY The KNOWNO Digital Card Game is designed to keep player-profile and gameplay information on the local device. Players, parents, and guardians should protect the device with appropriate security controls and prevent unauthorized access to local profiles. No electronic device or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure. KNOWNO LLC does not control the security settings, backups, or account protections selected by the device owner or provided by the operating-system platform. 9. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND EXTERNAL LINKS Google Play and the device operating system may independently process information required for application distribution, installation, purchasing, security, licensing, and platform operation. Their own privacy policies govern their handling of that information.
